Our rehabilitation program is dedicated to achieving the outcome expectations of the patient, family and payor.

Complementary care is provided by a dedicated staff of nursing, dietary, housekeeping, laundry, social services, life-enrichment and other supportive services.

Prior to discharge, a home evaluation is conducted when needed to assure a smooth transition from the rehabilitation program.
