Payments can be dropped off in-person inside our main lobby at the receptionist desk. Reception hours are offered during the weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. In addition, payments can be mailed directly, paid through debit/credit card or through electronic funds transfer.

Walkers and wheel chairs are available at the front entrance.
Thornapple Manor is proud to offer on-demand dining, as well as scheduled meal times. Typically, residents enjoy their breakfast around 8:00 am, lunch around Noon, and dinner after 5:00 p.m. In addition, we are excited to offer residents snacks and special event opportunities.
Of course! We encourage family and friends to join a resident for dining. Visitors can purchase meal tickets from the neighborhood nursing staff or inside our main lobby at the receptionist desk.
We are proud to treat every resident as a family member at Thornapple Manor. Clothes are kept clean and fresh. We respect each resident’s clothing style and preferences.
Upon entrance, we encourage the patient to provide:
• Power of Attorney Paperwork
• Advance Directives
• Living Will
• Guardianship Paperwork
• Insurance, Social Security, and Ambulance Card
• 5-7 Changes of Clothes (washer safe) and Skid Proof Shoes
